1. Order Processing Time

2. Shipping Methods Available
We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, and India Post. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected pin codes.
3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Shipping Costs

- COD orders may have an additional COD handling fee (clearly shown at checkout).

5. Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your order anytime from the “My Orders” section in your account or by clicking the tracking link in the shipment email.
6. Delivery Issues and Delays
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected date, please contact us immediately.
- In case of lost or damaged packages, we will investigate with the courier and either reship or issue a full refund.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address, customer unavailability, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
